A successful regional contractor based in Nottingham is recruiting a Contracts Manager to their join newly formed Special Projects division. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to secure a position with a privately-owned contractor delivering refurbishment and design & build projects in the East Midlands.

Key Duties:
- Management of site delivery team across the East Midlands
- Contracts Manager position overseeing multiple projects
- Interfacing with clients, design teams and consultants
- Project values up to £3m
