Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the office in Lincoln.
Day to day tasks can include:
* Administrating the process of collecting and verifying candidates' references
* Instigating and managing the process of pre-employment checks, such as DBS (including 3 yearly checks), right to work documentation, DCCRs and interfacing with the 'LCC Data Checker' process to compare candidate documents with data previously collected, monitoring quality of service and providing improvements to service where identified.
* Managing the administrative process of employment risk assessments (starting employees without all pre-employment checks being completed)
* Matrix management of Resourcing Administrators within the team
* Account management of on-boarding services provided to customers of the recruitment end-to-end service, joining up with the Resourcing Team Manager to ensure a seamless end-to-end service delivery
Essential skills:
* Experience of working in an in house administrative environment, processing items according to workflow and managing workloads to meet SLAs and KPIs.
* Experience of operationally directing the actions of a small team in order to achieve excellent service delivery
* Experience and expert understanding of relevant legislation and best practice pertaining to recruitment, including safer recruitment policy, UK local authority requirements, and best practice in ensuring legal and proper pre-employment and continuous validation checking
