Location: Bournemouth - Town Centre

Pay: £26000 - £30000 Basic + Plus Uncapped Commission

Hours: 8 am - 5.30 pm

Days: Monday - Friday

We are looking to recruit for a recruitment consultant / sales person.

The Company:

We specialise in the recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent Commercial Vehicle professionals within the automotive industry. We are well qualified to provide new recruitment consultants with the guidance required to ensure they excel in their role and achieve the best out of their career with the company.

Vacancy Details:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment consultant based in Bournemouth or surrounding areas. This opportunity will provide you with the platform to develop yourself and your own section of the business with as much support as required. The desk you would be working on is already developed and needs account management, plus development.

Requirements:

Successful applicants will have prior experience of recruitment / sales and will be capable of business generation and client delivery leading to fees. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of the automotive industry however this is not essential for the right minded consultant. Most important, the successful candidate will be self-motivating and capable of managing others in the future.

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be extremely generous. Salaries are based on the experience and abilities of each professional but we can offer beyond the typical level in the industry. You can expect a competitive basic salary between £26000 - £30000 and on target earnings of a minimum £45,000 to £50,000 year one. In addition to basic salary and commission we offer generous incentives, mobile phones, car and more for the successful recruitment consultant.
