We work with NHS Trusts, Nursing and Care Homes, Private Hospitals, GP practices, Extra Care Housing Schemes, Sheltered Accommodation, Secure units and Commercial Organisations providing a range of nursing or care staff to meet their needs.
We are currently looking for an Administrator/ shift coordinator to provide support to branches in a recruitment capacity.
Main Responsibilities:
- To place adverts on various job boards and manage responses in a timely and professional manner
- Pre-screen potential candidates via the telephone and progress suitable applicants to interview stage
- Arrange interviews with candidates and send out interview confirmations
- Hold competency based interviews with candidates and decide on suitability of applicant
- Accurate completion of all associated administration duties including referencing, DBS', offer letters and contracts etc
- Work closely with Healthcare Manager to ensure local marketing opportunities are maximised
- Responsibility for collating and analysing of weekly recruitment tracker
- Must have experience as an Administrator/recruitment consultant within the health care sector,
- The ideal candidate will be self motivated and happy to source and recruit numerous support workers and Nurses for the agency.
- work with clients to book staff into shifts accordingly.
