Permanent Manufacturing Team Leader based in Ely

Location: Ely

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: 39 hours per week (6am to 2.30pm Monday - Thursday and 6am to 1pm on Friday OR 2:30pm to 11pm Monday - Thursday and 1pm to 8pm on Friday)

**FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT**

An exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Team Leader has become available working with an established company in Ely.

This opportunity will suit someone who is practical, mechanically minded, has a flexible and approachable can- do attitude and is prepared to work wither day or afternoon shifts.

The successful candidate will be put through a 3 year Team Leader Training and Development Programme.

After a period of process and product training, each Team Leader will take responsibility for the Health and Safety, Output and Quality of a small team manufacturing leading products in the industry.

Main Duties:

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience manufacturing a quality product
* A practical 'Hands On' approach with a strong mechanical aptitude
* An ability to problem solve
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Ability to think on your feet and develop creative solutions to daily problems
* Ability to multitask effectively without losing sight of priorities
