Job Title: Senior Site Agent / Project Manager

An established and well-regarded main contractor with a strong pipeline and continuity of work is seeking to appoint a Senior Site Agent or Project Manager with a track record of delivering civils and construction projects across industrial and commercial sectors.

The first Project will be a new £4M Industrial Building (40 week program) - steel frame with two storeys of commercial office space, concrete slab finish. The shell will be in composite cladding, with the occupier operating a tool machinery manufacturing business there will also be a number of specialised sub-contractors including M&E. Prior experience running a similar project and size preferred. You will be supported on this project by a Site Manager and an onsite Engineer with visiting QS and will report into the Contracts Manager. Experience delegating and running a successful site team is therefore essential.

You will be chairing regular design and monthly progress meetings with all stakeholders, the confidence and experience to do so is essential as is the ability to delegate effectively to the site based team. All stakeholders have worked with the main contractor beforehand.

Salary range from £38 - £45K + package. Interviews will take place in early November with the view to start in January 2018.
