Back up Care are currently recruiting for Support Administrator in our Colchester Office to work on the busy Healthcare and Nursing desk.
Previous experience in a similar role and a healthcare back ground is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be extremely confident and well-presented and be able to use your own initiative.
This position will involve working with alongside the office Manager supporting them with the day to day running of the desk. This will include
* Follow strict weekly payroll procedures to ensure the smooth completion of payroll
* Filling clients shift requirements with appropriate care staff
* Service call to clients that are using to ensure current client's needs are being met
* Registration interviews
* Completion of compliance documents and ensure updated mandatory training requirements are met.
* Ensure specialist software is updated, and bookings are entered onto the system
This requires someone to work at extremely fast pace, placing candidates into both temporary and permanent placements to match their qualifications, skills and experience.
There is a large amount of telephone calls liaison with candidates and clients, therefore excellent clear communicational skills are a must.
Excellent administrational skills are vital and attentions to detail ensuring all candidates are compliant prior to assignment.
Helping with the Emergency On call is part of this role
