Due to continued growth were looking for Sales Team Managers to join the team at our Wythenshawe Contact Centre.
About You

My clients Team Managers are passionate about coaching and developing their advisors to not only deliver the best results for the clients, but to help them to achieve their own personal career goals.

What you will need to succeed
Be a clear and confident communicator.
Ability to build relationships with the team and our clients.
Be able to generate new ideas of how to improve and enhance campaign performance in order to deliver the best results
Youll already have a minimum of 12 months Contact Centre management experience.
Experience of managing a team of 10 plus advisors
Exposure to a variety of inbound and outbound contact campaigns
