PMO Lead

Our client is a well-known iconic brand that is now looking for a talented PMO Lead to join their team as they are about to embark on a huge transformation and helping to shape the business. You will report the PMO Manager and be responsible for leading a team of PMO Analysts. A major area will be looking after the solutions relating to areas including buying & merchandising, procurement and logistics.

You will still play a hands on PMO role supporting the programme deliverables, methodology, risks and governance.

Person

* Professional Qualification (degree or significant industry experience)

Experience and certifications in any of the following are highly desirable
o Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices
o Programme and Project Support Office
o Management of Risk
o Management of Value or other PMO qualification

* Strong inter-personal and communication skills

* Previous line management or team leader experience

* Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business Ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
A strong customer centric approach
