We are looking to appoint an experienced and professional Leader to join our highly successful preparatory school.

Beachborough is a friendly and energetic Independent Prep School ideally situated on the boarders of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. We provide an outstanding all-round education for around 380 boys and girls.

Our mission at Beachborough is to create the conditions and atmosphere so that each child thrives intellectually, physically, culturally and emotionally. The priority will be the happiness of each child as it is paramount to achieving lasting success and being fully prepared for senior school.

The Early Years, from Nursery to Reception, see the greatest growth and learning for all children and at Beachborough it is important to us to ensure every child has the very best start. We have created a fun filled, caring and stimulating environment where the children are encouraged to explore, investigate and learn to communicate about their discoveries and the world around them.

We are looking for someone with considerable teaching, leadership and management experience in an Early Years setting and you will be up-to-date on the latest developments in the Early Years provision.
