Our Tewkesbury based client; a global manufacturer who are a market leader in their field is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their vibrant and busy team.
The role of the Customer Service Administrator will be to process all administration tasks accurately and efficiently, therefore attention to detail is fundamental in being a success in this role. You will ensure that the customer is always kept informed of progress at all times to maintain a high level of customer service.
This role will involve all types of communication therefore it is essential to have excellent spoken and written communication skills as you will be responsible for dealing with email and telephony customer queries .
Working as part of a team you will work under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will manage your own set of customers and be a direct point of contact for any queries that they have and service their accounts to the best of your ability. This will include, making changes, amendments and updates as and when necessary.
Key Tasks required by you are as follows:
*Accurately use and update the database Business system.
*Develop and maintain professional customer relationships to improve the flow of communication, understanding and increase loyalty to the business.
*Use Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Answer the phones and deal with a wide range of clients and issues.
*Work as a team to meet KPI's, personal and organisational objectives.
*Input ideas and help to implement specific projects
*Assist in the provision of accurate monthly performance reports as required by customers.
*Assist in the monthly KPI reporting
*Other generic duties as and when required.
Who we are looking for
*To be successful in this role you will have excellent Word and Excel skills with the ability to correctly format email communication as well as spread sheets.
*It is critical that you have exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, along with a natural aptitude for problem solving. The highest achievers in this department are those that manage to bring with them a fresh set of ideas that they use to help continually evolve internal processes.
*Whether your experience is an office based administration function, or if you've honed your skills giving a first class customer service in a retail environment, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate an engaging and supportive way of working within a team.
*Proficient in working to tight deadlines in a high pressure environment
*Experience of a manufacturing environment.
*Confident communication/presentation skills.
*Team working experience.
