Customer Service Advisor
£8.17 per hour
Minimum of 6 months, could go permanent
Milton Keynes
9am - 6pm Monday to Friday working 1 in 6 weekends (lots of flexibility with weekend work)

Are you a strong communication who is used to problem solving? Have you worked in a customer Services position before? If so this may be the role for you

You need to be available to start immediately

You will be
· Taking calls from customers who are having issues with machinery and schedule engineers
· Accurately enter details of the issue, address etc. onto the system
· Troubleshoot ideas over the phone with the businesses
· Pass urgent queries to a manager
· Work to strict time lines and deadlines

· Must be confident and friendly with previous customer service experience
· Must be immediately available
· Must have the ability to learn quickly
