A new position for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst has arisen within an legal firm based in Central London on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in desktop support along with strong customer service, Active Directory and Exchange.
Experience within the legal/ professional services sector along with extensive ITIL experience is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be given the chance to be part of a leading law firm with many opportunities to further progress!
Experience required:
* Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Experience with Active Directory
* Strong organisation skills
* Excellent knowledge of Remote and Help Desk Tools
* Excellent communication skills
* Time recording systems (i.e. InTapp, Carpe Diem)
* Financial Systems (i.e. Elite 3E, Artiion)
* Digital dictation experience (BigHand)
* Tools such as Workshare and DocsCorp
* Remote Access (VPN, Citrix, 2FA Technologies)
* Have experience of remote desktop screen takeover.
* Providing desk side support to users where necessary.
* Setting up meeting room setups for client meetings.

£30-35k + Excellent benefit package
