We are looking for a Design Programme Supervisor for our large OEM client in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide liaison between the Design Team and Programme Team.
* Manage Design Programme Timing, working with Design Team and Programme Team to ensure delivery of programme milestones with PEP deliverables.
* Manage Design Resource requirements, working with Design Team and Programme Team to ensure delivery of programme milestones at the agreed resource levels.
* Manage Design Model Property creation, including content, timing and review cadence.
* Manage Design PALS, working with Design Team, Programme Team to ensure program content enables Design to meet PALS target.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Project Management experience, dealing with timing, cost and resource systems
* Excellent communication skills with people of all levels and expertise: notably Design, Marketing, Programme
* Excellent organistation skills & self motivation
* Flexibility (as programme workload changes the candidate would be expected to work at either Gaydon, Whitley studio or at satelite studio)
* Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project
* Design process experience with an understanding of Design's role within it
* Desirable Creative Design process background desirable
* Educated to a minium of degree level if application is for permenant position / conversion
