Would need to learn a semi automatic process line and how the process works
In charge of a group of around 15 staff
Ensure products are made to specification
Organise workloads and priorities
Fill in procedural documentation
Ensure staff follow procedures
Very physical hands on role including filling hoppers , making mixes on machines
Flexible approach required

Salary 20-22K
Mainly early shift 7-4pm possibility of holiday cover some days 7-7pm (ot)
Late shift cover in the event of holidays 2-11pm

Price / Salary: £20000 - £22000/annum
