ACR have registered a fantastic opportunity for a Freelance Site Manager on behalf of our client, the UK's leading retirement house builder who run new-build senior living residential scheme across the South East of the UK.

The company are seeking a No.1 Site Manager to manage the construction of a new 50 unit, traditional build development in Chelmsford, Essex. The role will report to a visiting Contracts Manager and the successful applicant will be responsible for an Assistant Site Manager alongside directly employed and subcontracted trades.

This is a new scheme which will go live on site in Late November/ Early December therefore the successful candidate will have the opportunity to put their mark on the project from day one. Additionally this person will be required for the duration of the scheme, with the opportunity to go Permanently employed if desirable for both parties in the long term.

The successful candidate with have demonstrable experience in the delivery of traditional build residential schemes responsibility for the entire life cycle of a Project from groundworks through to practical completion. Candidates must also be SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid accredited.

Price / Salary: £23 - £24/hour
