Job description;
To provide inside sales support for the division .
General Duties to include;
Request for Quote Processing Daily Quote and Order Processing;
Trying to win the order at the RFQ stage? Defining Application? Target Price? Competition?
Monitor and follow up on all quote activity for products
Liaise with FSE to follow up on all quotations in a timely manner
Cross selling, ensuring all customer requirements are identified.
Updating customer records on database;
UPC screen; contacts, telephone & fax, email,
Customer screen; market segment, customer class, application code.
Expediting
Monitoring back order report to ensure key orders ready to ship on schedule.
Provide key accounts with weekly order status report
Tracking all returns authorisations (RA)
Put system in place to track ras in a timely manner
Entering Design Opportunity Quotation (doqs) and providing samples.
Updating all info in Telemarketing Notes (TMN)
.Creating your own system to track progress on samples.
Specialist Duties
Lead the internal business development of products within the UK, supporting and developing the following internal functions
Follow through DOQs to design registration by Vendors
Monitor and develop Vendor reports for business reviews
Be responsible for application and technical support to customers (full training will be provided)
Develop marketing strategy to customers including telemarketing, mail shots and press releases
Manage Key account listing and report on major activity on products
Develop Initiatives to grow our Market Share within the business
Liaise with customers to establish order schedules and forecasts
