Temporary Administrator
Working for friendly, well established company in Epsom. This is an ongoing temporary position, starting as soon as possible.
Job Description:
Handling telephone calls
Lead management; qualification, data entry and delegation of leads from all sources
Administration and execution of literature and samples
Organisation and scheduling, delivery and return of equipment
Maintaining the pricelist with correct implementation of customer specific/dealer price list
Request for information and quotation administration
Preparation and execution of non-standard quotes e.g. configurator quotes
Ensuring that the contract including terms and conditions are followed
Creating reports to support the Sales Management and Sales Force
Identify new tenders and complete tenders with the supervision of the Sales Manager
Person Specification:
Previous administration / office experience is essential
Previous knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP
A good level and understanding of the English language is required
Degree or equivalent qualification in either Business or a Biological based field
Must be educated to minimum of GCSE level or equivalent in maths and English
Must be able to demonstrate very good organisational skills

£12.00 per hour
Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm
