Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract 12 month maternity cover

About the role:
As the Account Executive you will build and maintain client relationships through the provision of outstanding customer service to allocated customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage allocated client accounts
- Provide day to day customer support and management through accurate, honest and effective communication
- Identify opportunities to increase services provided to the client in order to maximise account profitability and customer satisfaction
- Compile management information and performance data based on contractual key performance indicators and service levels
- Manage scheduled and ad-hoc mailing and print orders
- Ensure customer solutions are operating in accordance with contractual requirements and service level agreements
- Manage BAU change management requests
- Support implementation of new services or solutions on allocated client accounts, including testing and assurance that the solution meets the requirement
- Manage customer stock levels, reporting and replenishment
- Attend service review meetings with the client
- Compile and maintain Account Handling Manual, including sample catalogue
- Assist in the achievement of the company`s monthly sales target
- Forecast anticipated monthly or quarterly revenue from each allocated account
About you:
- Minimum of GCSE O level passes in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent level qualifications)
- Previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment is essential, ideally within the Transactional Mail, Direct Mail or Print industry
- Customer focused
- Flexible and reliable in approach to work
- Ability to work accurately to deadlines and prioritise effectively
