gloo are a specialised recruitment agency supplying staffing solutions to companies in the automotive and transport sector.

Our client has a new, exciting opportunities for someone to join their existing workforce as an Operations Coordinator.

Salary: £10.76 per Hour

Location: Baginton Coventry (CV3)

Start Date: ASAP Immediate starts available!
Shift Pattern: 0800 till 1600, Monday to Friday with the possibility of rotational shift 1200hrs-2000hrs

The main purpose of the job:

You will be the focal point of the company. Speaking to customers and taking bookings, dealing with any queries that they might have and helping to resolving them. All this will need to be logged on to an in-house computer system.

You will also be liaising with the in-house transport and warehouse teams as well as subcontractors in helping to fill the customers requirements.

What were looking for:

* Someone keen to pick up the phone and can communicate at all levels
* Computer literate and has a good understanding of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Someone who is Flexible as you may need to cover holidays
* Be able to follow instructions as well as working independently
* Has worked in a transport/warehousing environment.
* Can do attitude is a must!
