We are looking for a Registered Care Manager for a beautiful 44 bed residential home in the Chelsea area.

This care home provides care to elderly patients. Located in the heart of Chelsea surrounded by beautiful gardens, providing a great environment to work. The care home assists for short term, long term, respite, and rehab care. It houses a library, hair and nail salon as well as providing holistic therapies for patients.

Salary: 35-40k

Requirements

* excellent communication, observation and listening skills
* the ability to assess an individual's care and support needs
* the ability to apply medical knowledge to patients' needs
* strong leadership to maintain national quality standards
* the ability to negotiate and manage a budget
* IT and report writing skills
* 3-5 years in a care home manager role
* Minimum of Level 4 in Health and social care
