My Client is looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Manager to join their fast growing health company based in Central London. Must have experience with dealing with drug addiction.

You will be looking after a very high net worth individual in their home and living with them for 2 days. (All food and live in expenses included). You will need to have experience in doing new referral assessments, contingency planning and have experience in supervision of nursing staff. You must have excellent verbal communication as well as being friendly and approachable. You may have to fill in for other clients when necessary.

The other 3 days (10 to 16 hours per week) will be in the office doing the role as a Registered Manager. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person.

Comply with Regulation 7 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014: Requirements relating to registered managers, namely:
Be of good character;
Be able to properly perform tasks that are intrinsic to their role;
Have the necessary qualifications, competence, skills and experience to manage the regulated activity;

Audit services
Oversee that staff are supervised and appraised
On-call for all services as determined
Weekly clinical professionals meetings with clinical teams
Monthly Clinical and Governance Meetings with Medical Director & Office Manager
Recruitment and retention of Healthcare Professionals;
Field visits and supporting clinicians/ supervising nurses in the various jobs

Price / Salary: £30000 - £35000/annum
