Civil Engineer Exeter

An award winning consultancy based in the heart of the vibrant city of Exeter are recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineer to join their team. This consultancy has been established for over 20 years and has a strong presence in the local market.

For the right candidate this role can quickly progress to an Associate position within the company. As a Civil and Structural consultancy they predominately handle the design of buildings in a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Conservation and Retail.

They are keen to find someone who can lead the design team moving forward as the company goes through an exciting period of growth.

The Role: Civil Engineer

- Leading the technical design team
- Designing Infrastructure projects
- Liaising between contractors and clients
- Project running
- Hands on design and site visits
- Aiding in the development and expansion of the design team, actively involved in the recruitment process
- Acting as point of contact on structural projects from inception to completion

The Candidate: Civil Engineer

- Experience with software packages such as PSD, Civil 3D
- Knowledge of BIM
- Experience with a variety of building structures
- Experience with all traditional materials such as RC and Steel
