Ideal Recruit are looking for experienced warehouse staff / order pickers to work in a busy warehouse in Speke, Liverpool L24.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Picking:
Order picking to challenging productivity and accuracy targets
Operating a LLOP
Marshalling of goods to assist and improve the loading activities
2. Loading / unloading:
The safe loading of vehicles for timed deliveries
Loading/unloading to challenging productivity and accuracy targets
Strip out trailers/vehicles in preparation for loading and/or servicing

Shift Pattern: Weekend Day shift = Saturday&Sunday&One Day of the week 6am-7pm
Pay Rate:
Below 25 years of age = £7.05
Over 25 years of age = £7.50
Performance and Overtime bonus structure in place to be described during inductions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a physically demanding, Fast Moving Commercial Goods environment. They will have a positive can do attitude and be flexible in their approach to work. Safety will be their number one priority and they will contribute in a positive way to the overall performance of the business in particular the Key Performance Indicators and the Business Imperative. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
