Service Manager - Leaving Care Service- Lincolnshire

Excellent opportunity for a collaborative project to improve outcomes for care leavers. This is a unique project that requires a passionate social work leader.

HCPC registration required.

The successful applicant will lead the collaboration with the well established charity and local authority. The organisation has a longstanding reputation within social services. You will be joining a national leader of children's services, working in partnership with very experienced professionals with a child-centred ethos.

You will be a strong leader with experience of managing social care professionals with a range of backgrounds. You will be based in office space and social area provided for care leavers to be in touch with the service. This is based in East London.

Requirements:

* Management experience
* HCPC registration
* Experience in a Leaving Care team
