Where?

We are collaborating with a property management firm for an Interim Shopping Centre Manager (6 months maternity cover) at scheme in Northern Ireland. This small but popular centre is home to a range of well-known national and international brands.

What?

* Interim Shopping Centre Manager (6 months maternity cover).
* You will be responsible for the successful commercial management of the centre with a constant regard for asset value, driving footfall and increasing revenue.

* You will manage and control the service charge budget, with constant regard for cost control and striving to reduce spending where possible.
* You will be the face of the scheme, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, customers, local authorities and business groups.
* You will report on accounting, turnover and footfall data, and identify and implement strategies to improve tenant performance and asset value.
* You will play an active role in the development of marketing, PR and events to drive positive media coverage, footfall and sales.
* You will have an understanding of contract management.

Who?

* You have proven senior management experience within retail, preferably within a department store.
* Shopping Centre Management is desirable
* You demonstrate a high level of understanding around the retail market, trends and pressures, and have the ability to gather and analyse retail sales data.
* You are a confident leader and proven ambassador, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

* You have strong financial experience and exposure to budget management.
* You have strong people management skills and proven leadership skills.
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* You have contract management experience
