My client are seeking an IPC2 Assembly Operative to join there large production facility in the Andover area. You will be responsible for building PCB Assemblies to IPC 610 Class standards 2 and 3, specific to customer requirements.

This will be a fast paced position, with large volumes of bespoke work coming through the assembly line, you will be required you to work at pace, whilst still ensuring that quality is never compromised and that all work carried out is done to the highest standard.

The Job;

* You will be required to hand solder thru-hole components, therefore you must be IPC 610 trained in Hand Soldering
* You will also be required to use fine tools and microscopes, so experience of using these is essential
* You will be working at a large, modern and bright set up in the Andover area, alongside a large work force wo are all committed to ensuring the customer gets a top quality product delivered to them in an agreed time frame.
* You will play an integral part in ensuring these bespoke products are sent out in time in full working order
* You will need experience in a similar position
* You must have excellent time management and be focused on the task in hand
The Package
You will be offered a salary of £17,681 per annum, working Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm and Friday from 8.30am - 3pm. You will also receive 25 days holiday, free onsite parking, a company pension and shutdown during the Christmas period.
