Position: IT Manager

Location: Bristol/ Swindon (Coverage over 2 sites)

Salary: £40,000 Basic Salary + £10,000 Bonus

A well respected premium car dealership is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their evolving organisation.

Managing a team of 5 you will have the opportunity to get involved with all aspects of IT for the Group e.g. implementing a new Group-wide VoIP phone system, server management, networking, setting up new dealerships the list goes on and on! The work is incredibly varied and equally rewarding. The role will oversee all management and development of the technology operations in line with business needs so you will need to be both IT savvy and business focused, as you will bridge the gap between the IT strategy and the development of their new site.

You must ensure that IT policies and systems support the business strategy, analyse the business needs of all departments to determine hardware and software requirements. You will have built and managed relationships with vendors and negotiated cost efficient IT contracts. You must be a forward thinking individual who can bring innovative business strategy's to life!

Key Requirements:

* Day to day management of the IT Department including staff management.
* Budget management
* Strong experience of Microsoft infrastructure, MPLS Networks, Group firewall and CISCO Systems.
* Have the ability to propose potential software and systems that will benefit operational aims.
* Maintain relationships with all manufacturers and key partners.
* Ensure all software used is legally licensed and documented.
* Maintenance of all IT and Telecoms hardware and infrastructure.
* Improve and maintain aesthetics of all IT working areas including coms rooms and offices.
