Summary

This well-established security systems distributer, who have been designing, manufacturing and distributing CCTV products for over 20 years, are looking for an ambitious individual to join their expanding team.

Role

The Sales Manager will be office based, leading the in-house Sales Team to drive sales and develop opportunities which contribute to the ongoing growth of the business. This exciting role will be instrumental in ensuring the team is successful in hitting their monthly sales and activity targets.

Responsibilities

* Manage and develop the office based sales team, setting objectives for the department and inspiring the highest standards of performance.
* Review and analyse CRM data and take appropriate actions.
* Conduct weekly review meetings with team members, to determine strategic growth, next steps and accurate forecasting, together with a review of key objectives.
* Be part of the team and be prepared to assist with the daily tasks, telephone calls, processing of orders etc.

Required

* Previous experience of working as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager.
* A proven track record in consultative and repeat sales environment, leading a sales team and being extremely customer focussed.
* Computer literate and have the ability to generate key information from a CRM system.
* Able to lead collaboratively, be approachable and able to develop a team.
* To become and remain conversant with all company products and services and have the ability to promote them both internally and externally

Price / Salary: £35000 - £40000/annum + bonus + benefits
