Service Engineer (Electro-Mechanical Print Equipment)

Milton Keynes

£20,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary DOE (£40,000 OTE) + Overtime Opportunities + Expenses Paid + Company Van + Mobile + Laptop + Tools + Full Comprehensive Manufacturers Training

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who is looking to work for a well-established company who work with high end manufacturers in their field. They are market leaders in their field and offer progression opportunities and full comprehensive training.

The role would suit ANY engineer who can demonstrate the ability to maintain electrical and mechanical equipment. You do not have to be from print machinery and the company have opportunities for both senior engineers and trainees within their company. Candidates from a field service background will have a considerable advantage but this is NOT necessary. Ex forces candidates typically transfer well and are invited to apply.

Initially, your role will be site based on a major installation based in Milton Keynes. However, this will evolve and you will be working with some major manufacturers throughout the UK and on occasions, overseas. Your role will be varied and will involve installation and maintenance of large leading-edge printing technology. You will be paid door to door and must be flexible with working hours and travel.

The Role

* Electrical and mechanical maintenance of print machinery

* Installation projects initially in the Milton Keynes area

* Stay away will be involved (all expenses paid)

* UK Wide/International travel required

* Must have basic electrical/mechanical skills

* Must be willing to undertake a comprehensive training package

* Must be flexible to travel

* Must have a full driving license
