In Touch Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a forward thinking, national care home provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for their Nursing Home in Mansfield.

Situated in a great location this well-established, purpose built care home is registered to provide 24 hour care and support to older people with nursing and residential care needs.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service and will be at the forefront in providing direction to the team and ensuring the success and stability of the home.

This senior role does require an individual who has a proven background in managing a nursing home and someone who can demonstrate current commercial and business knowledge. The role of Home Manager will include budgeting, marketing and driving standards forward within the service, and therefore an in-depth understanding of CQC standards and care regulations is essential along with the ability to delegate responsibilities throughout the team in a positive and proactive manner.

Candidates who apply must be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) and have current experience working as a Home Manager of an elderly nursing home.

This is a full time, permanent Home Manager opportunity and the successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary of up to £50,000 per annum along with additional benefits.
