At Simplyhealth we have an opportunity available to join us as a Senior Customer Relations Case Handler on a 12 month fixed term contract based in our central Andover office.

Our Customer Relations Team work 8am 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am 5pm on Saturdays, youll work on a bi weekly rota within these times including one in four Saturdays.

The role

Our Customer Relations team manage a range of case investigations that result from formal complaints or occasions where our customers have expressed a level of dissatisfaction. In this role youll carry out investigations on formal complaint cases promptly and in line with our processes to ensure that each case is resolved with an accurate, consistent and fair approach.

With an eye for detail and an investigative nature youll work with internal teams to establish the circumstances behind the case and regularly keep the customer updated through both verbal and written correspondence.

You

To be considered for this role youll have:

- Previous experience of complaint handling ideally within a regulated environment
- Experience of working within a customer service team
- Experience of communicating with customers over phone, email or by formal letter
- An eye for detail with strong problem solving skills
- A sound understanding of fairness with the ability to remain impartial
- A Certificate in regulated complaints handling (CeRCH) or a Certificate in compliance (ICA) would be desirable
