This is a position for a none billing Director (operations) for an education recruitment agency in London that has been firmly established for over ten years

The basic salary is £140,000 and a package which will payout shares based on growth

The role is very hands on so you will work closely with all members of staff in the company along with the owners.

The reason the position has come about is due to the longer-term goals of the owners who eventually want to step away from the business within the next couple of years meaning they will need somebody to take over the reins and run the business.

This is a financially sound and established agency built up over the last ten years through ethical hard work, dedication and enthusiasm and investment in their staff.

The roles will involve but not exclusive to:

Training and development
Hires
Financials such as cost profit and loss margins etc, creating, implementing business strategies
Setting targets and KPIs
Overseeing compliance and quality
Solve disputes, guide and support disciplinary procedures as required

There is currently a team of 6 resourcers and 9 recruitment consultants with a view to increasing consultant levels to 15 by the end of the calendar year

This agency has also invested in having an available pipeline of overseas teachers that they recruit for assignments in the UK

As a commitment by the owners, you will be eligible for equity in the company after 3 years service.
