Quality Auditor - 4 on 4 off, Night Shifts.

Location: Lincolnshire

Salary: 23,000 - 27,000

Calling all night owls! I am on the hunt for an experienced Quality Auditor to join a rapidly expanding UK food Manufacturer. As a QA, you will be there to provide technical support to the Production, Maintenance and Hygiene teams. You will have added responsibility as a nights QA due to limited supervision, so this is a great opportunity for anyone who feels they're ready for the next step in their career.

The main purpose of the role is to implement, audit and continually improve the Quality Assurance System. Ensuring products meet customer quality standards is an integral part to the role. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Conducting audits of factory environment (including hygiene and cleaning activities)
* Agreeing action plans with the Manager to correct any non-conformances
* Testing product quality in despatch, on line and at taste panel
* Report any factory technical status and issues of non-compliance
* Audit HACCP system to guarantee product safety
* Perform critical tasks to maintain Quality System (weights, metal detection, temperatures)
* Provide specific training as required to Production, Hygiene and Engineering team
* Traceability of all ingredients through to finished products

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience as a Quality Auditor, working in a chilled environment and have previous experience working with high care products. You will have a natural, methodical approach and feel comfortable working in a systematic way.
