Specialist Recruitment Services are actively recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join one of the UK's leading providers of infrastructure and civil engineering services, on a permanent basis.

If successful you will be joining a well-established team of construction experts in Kent and will be responsible for the effective delivery of all project activities within the region.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely and build strong relationships with the client to ensure project expectations are met and exceeded.
- Conduct and adhere to H&S documentation and method statements.
- Monitor costs and highlight expectations to the senior team within the monthly project review.
- Assist the HR team by managing all day-to-day personnel issues to ensure company procedures are met.
- Effective contract management and commercial ownership of a project portfolio.
- Engage with site staff and make certain the correct numbers of personnel are on site at all required times.
- Work closely with the commercial team throughout the valuation and cost to complete process.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure customer intelligence is up to date.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering techniques.
- HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within Contract Management.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Proven site and project management experience.
- Must have a proven background within groundworks, infrastructure or RC frame.

The Contracts Manager position is negotiable between £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience + an attractive package.
