Role Site Manager

Salary Negotiable

Location Bangor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all site-based activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, to the required standards within budget and to client specification, whilst maximising client satisfaction in order to be able to secure contracts with the client.

Ideally you will have:

* Experience of new build projects (residential)

* NVQ Level 4, HND, Degree or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience
* Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
* SMSTS certificate
* First Aid certificate
* Scaffolding certificate
* CSCS Card
