Our client based in Colchester are recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their growing property team!
Duties include:
*Meeting and building customer relations with clients, landlords and tenants both within the office, and when attending viewings and property valuations.
*Making outbound calls
*General administrative
*Writing letters and tenancy agreements.
*Diary management
*Negotiation with tenants and the discussing contractual agreement
*Working towards targets and KPIS
Salary £14,000 - £16,000 + commission depending on experience
Monday to Saturday with day off in the week
Monday to Friday - 8.30 to 6
Saturday 9 - 5
