3 month CONTRACT

A leading professional services company, are seeking a CRM Executive. Liaising with their Comms, Marketing and IT Teams, you will become the CRM support specialist for the company, improving their Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

Based near Southampton, this is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Executive to have a real impact at an innovative UK company.

As a MS Dynamics CRM Executive you will need to have:

- Strong skills within Dynamics CRM

- User administration expertise

- CRM customisation and configuration experience

- Ability to create reports and understand the data management side

- Willingness to deliver Dynamics CRM training to some of the end users

As a MS Dynamics CRM Executive you will be:

- Analysing the CRM support and maintenance needs

- Working on team business projects, evolving and improving the functionality

- Designing systems individually, working with a high level CRM developer

- Processes well documented, before implementing fixes or enhancements

- Troubleshooting issues

- Customising the CRM to meet needs of individual users/ departments

- Report creating for management

- Providing general technical support of the CRM
