Igloo are recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Manager to work with our client, a leading Automotive Logistics company.

Salary: Up to £11 Per Hour

Location: Coventry

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Pattern: 0900 till 1700

The Job

You will be working within a team looking after customers, dealing with any queries or questions the customer may have and resolving them in the best and most efficient way possible.
You will also be building and maintaining current and new relationships with customers face to face, verbally and written.

What were looking for:

* Experience within an account management role

* Intermediate to advanced excel skills preferably with experience in VLOOKUP/ Pivot Tables / Formulas
* A real passion for customer service. We are looking for someone that thrives on helping people and getting the job done!
* Excellent organisation skills, both verbally and written
* Be able to prioritise and take ownership of your workload
* Be able to think quickly on their feet
* Candidates with a logistics / transport background preferred
