Rating Surveyor - £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits package
Hertfordshire

We are working with a top firm with a strong presence nationally in Rating. They currently act for a wide variety of clients in the Retail, Industrial and Office sectors and are looking for an additional Surveyor to come into their team in Hertfordshire.

Providing rating valuation appeals, rates reliefs and rates management you will assist private sector clients with asset management and ratings advice.

You will need to be RICS qualified and commercially aware with strong negotiations skills

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a large corporate firm to get more involved on the client side of the role, business developing and adding value at a senior level
