Purchase Ledger Clerk- Temporary Full Time- Sudbury- Immediate Start
Purchase Ledger Clerk/Accounts Assistant required for one of the UK's fastest growing and award winning 'Online Estate Agency of the year'. Competitive salary package including, free parking, free fresh fruit and Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm working hours.
Key Responsibilities;
* All aspects of Purchase Ledger
* Checking and processing invoices
* Coding and entering of invoices onto Sage 50 Professional
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Processing employee expenses
* Ensuring ledger are closed within agreed deadlines
* Investigating and resolving supplier queries
* Preparation of supplier payment runs
* Posting bank payments and receipts
Experience Required;
* Minimum of 1 years' experience within a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant Role
* Proficient in Excel and Word
* Experience using Sage 50 Professional (or similar)
* Confident working alone and in a team
