CAD Assistant £17,000 to £22,000

A well establish family owned company based in Tiptree are currently recruiting for a CAD Assistant to join their team. The company manufacture furniture components and are going through a very busy period which they do not see ending any time soon.

Duties as CAD Assistant
Interpret customer orders and use Magicut Cut Right sheet optmiser system to produce accurate information for the factory,
Ordering of materials when needed,
Accurate drawings and information supplied to factory on time
Awareness of factory offcuts and use where possible before using full sheets
Maintain stock levels

Skills/Experience
Knowledge of a CAD package,
Computer qualification advantageous but not essential,
Beneficial to have worked with sheet board optimization software before but not essential,
Very high attention to detail,
Computer literate with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office suite and Excel spreadsheets
