A new Senior Site Manager position has just arrived in Cambridge!

The Company
One of UK's leading provider of new homes who currently have 3 developments underway in Cambridgeshire with planning for a further 2 smaller sites to go live within the next 12 months.
The Project
A new build development of detached houses, semi-detaches houses and townhouses. This development has approximately 200 houses in total.
The Role
As the Site Manager for the development you will be responsible for the management of an Assistant Site Manager and Finishing Foreman along with external works subcontract packages which include groundworks, structural and 278 works packages. Your role will include but not be limited to:
* Providing clear direction to the on-site contraction team
* Managing the day-to-day operation of the site.
* Managing all labourers and sub contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time
* Ensuring the build is completed to specification with a high level of detail
* Producing reports accurately and on time
* Ensuring high quality is maintained through every aspect of the project
About You
* You will have gained circa 3+ years experience, ideally working for a developer.
* Have the correct CITB and First Aid qualifications for the position.
* Be able to control subcontract packages.
* Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
* Working knowledge of Asta Power Projects and document control software.
* Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills.
