Senior CAD Technician - West Midlands - £52,000 plus package

An opportunity has arose with a privately owned Midlands Contractor, who have a strong reputation in the market for their specialised area of work. Currently enjoying a turnover of circa £20m, the business have recently been successful in Pre-construction and have won a number of new schemes. They work for a number of different clients but have been able to increase their turnover year on year as the majority of their work is repeat business with clients they have worked with for years.

Currently they are looking to bolster their design team with the introduction of a Senior CAD Technician who has experience working in the retail/ leisure sectors.

Responsibilities:

* Is proficient in AutoCAD
* Can use Microsoft Office
* Has retail / leisure fit-out experience
* Technical knowledge of construction items (within fit-out)
* 3D drawing capabilities (desirable)
* Joinery Setting Out experience (desirable)
* Has a strong portfolio of varied sectors
