Graduate Sales Specialist
Location: Home based (Leeds, Midlands or Milton Keynes Area)

The Role

This role is perfect for a graduate or junior sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role. With a genuine progression plan, training and development and growth plan our client are looking to take on a talented and ambitious candidate who have real ambition.

A 12 month programme will be in place, where you'll be guided through a structured and interactive on boarding process where you will understand the business and take this knowledge to new and exciting customers via new business and a database of existing contacts.

You will be covering the UK market, identifying targets and engaging with potential clients through a consultative approach, you'll create your own niche, determining your target market by leveraging our clients existing portfolio of products. The opportunity to travel is also a key element within this role; you will have the chance to travel across Europe to meet with key stakeholders within the business.

Candidate

The idea candidate will:

- Real passion for sales and account management
- Be autonomous and proactive
- Hold a relevant degree or 1-2 years sales experience
- Open to travel

Salary: £23,000 per annum plus company car and 10% bonus
