An opportunity has arisen working on behalf of a well-respected and established Worcestershire based wealth management firm.

Supporting a small team, you will provide the highest level support to enable the advisors to carry out the most efficient, professional and compliant service possible. The ideal candidate will ideally possess experience within an IFA environment as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst communicating as an effective member of the close knit team.

The key duties of the role will involve:

Assisting with the preparation of important client meetings

Preparing reports and providing supporting documentation

*
Ensuring strict data integrity at all times

*
Dealing with technical issues as they arise and maintaining a complex filing system

You will be required to demonstrate a completely client focussed approach in your work, along with the ability to work on your own initiative, managing your own time and workflow. Ideally you will hold a financial planning diploma, although we would be interested in hearing from those working towards this qualification currently.
