Assystem Technologies are an international engineering services company covering the Aerospace, Automotive and Transportation sectors.
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter/Resourcer to join our established and experienced team in Derby, Pride Park.

About the role:
* Sourcing candidates from job boards, social media and through traditional recruitment methods
* Perform Boolean searching within whatever ATS you have used
* Market mapping
* Qualifying and shortlisting candidates
* Approach passive candidates and gain their buy-in to Assystem and the role you are proposing
* Arranging interviews

About you:
You will already have recruitment experience so you know the ins and outs of sourcing jobs and candidates BUT there is no BD in this role so it's all about finding suitably qualified candidates; you already excel at this in your current field.

Ideally you will have some experience of technical engineering recruitment but this isn't vital

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is literate, numerate and has excellent communication skills with previous, recent recruitment experience.

Salary - Neg, Holiday allowance 25 days + bank holidays
Security clearance:
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken, applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance.
