My client works within the built environment they are looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team starting ASAP on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The role is based in the B90 area in Solihull, Full time 37.5hrs a week.
Hourly rate will depend on your experience but will be circa £10phr, due to the office location you should either have your own transport or live local to the area.
Role:
Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies for the department.
Provide support to other members of the administration team if required.
Arrange refreshments and lunches for meetings and clients if applicable.
Ensure that meeting rooms are clean and tidy and are adequately prepared with the appropriate facilities if applicable.
Provide support to Reception on an ad-hoc basis
Maintain the contract filing system and document control paperwork in line with Company requirements if applicable.
Deal with incoming email and correspondence, responding as applicable/ appropriate.
Update and maintain applicable internal databases and spreadsheets.
Copy typing to produce correspondence, documents and reports as required.
Print and issue drawings to site staff and subcontractors and update the document control system accordingly.
Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing post as and when necessary.
Document control of site drawings (training will be provided)
Be organised and prioritise tasks/manage time effectively to ensure that deadlines are met
Effectively use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word in order to fulfil applicable aspects of the role
Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative, whilst also being an active team member
Demonstrate good grammar with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively and appropriately at all times
Be flexible and adaptable when required
Have a general knowledge of the Construction industry
IT skills: Word/Excel/Outlook to an intermediate standard
