We're looking for a Carpenter / Multi Trades person to work for our client in the Sheffield / Rotherham areas. The role will involve working in occupied and void houses, carrying out maintenance and refurbishment work. You will be provided with a company van, and will use a PDA to manage your daily & weekly tasks.

The ideal person will have:
- A recognised qualification in Carpentry - NVQ2 or City & Guilds
- Knowledge and experience of other trades, including plumbing, patch plastering, painting.
- Full driving licence
- Previous experience of working on social housing is preferred, but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-known company who have a strong reputation within the social housing sector. The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary ongoing role, with a view to becoming permanent for the right person.
