Project Quantity Surveyor needed ASAP to work on various projects in Central London for a Major Facades Subcontractor!

I urgently require a Project QS to work on various projects in London. You will be running 2/3 projects concurrently valued at around £5m each. This position requires you to be based between the head office in South West London and visits to site in Central London. This is a unique freelance opportunity to join the project near the beginning and see It through to the end.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: The role will be based in Central London

Salary: £250-£350 p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager on this project

Duties will include -

* Procurement
* Variations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will typically have at least 5 years experience working for a main contractor. Previous experience in cladding/facades will be beneficial.
